HOMEMADE RAW "LARABARS"
RIDICULOUSLY GOOD! RIDICULOUSLY HEALTHY! RIDICULOUSLY EASY!
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups raisins
2 cups walnuts
1 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
In a food processor or VitaMix, pulverize the oatmeal. Place oats in a large mixing bowl.
Pulverize the raisins. Add to oatmeal.
Slightly chop walnuts.
Add all ingredients together and mix well. (I use my hands.)
Form into balls or bars. (Be careful, they might all disappear before you have finished forming.)
